Ellen Hooper

Ellen Hooper is a people and culture expert and an award-winning coach and people leader. She's a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, an accredited mediator, co-host of the I’ll Ask My Sister podcast and a passionate speaker & commentator. Ellen’s wisdom has been featured by the ABC, Channel 7, Smart Company, HR Leader, the Sydney Morning Herald and the West Australian.  

Her clients call her a coaching magician and a total legend who helps them get unstuck and she has been described by the Australian of the Year as her 'secret weapon'.

Ellen was named as a finalist (in the top 1% of 1,500 international nominations) in the 2023 Stevie International Women in Business Awards for Social Change Maker of the Year - Gender and a winner in the 2023 Australia-wide AusMumpreneur Awards for Coach of the Year and Leadership Excellence.

Ellen started her career as an employment lawyer and worked her way up to being a People & Culture C-Suite Executive. She is now a Non-Executive Director, Co-Founder of the Growth Collective, executive coach, MC and keynote speaker.

Ellen holds a Masters of Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University.

 Throughout her career, Ellen has worked for or with businesses in government, not-for-profits, major multinationals and ASX listed companies and coached everyone from graduates to CEOs and Board Chairs.
